Here is a list of the main game characters in Prey and who voiced them.

Tommy

Domasi Tawodi (aka Tommy) is the protagonist of Prey. He is voiced by actor Michael Greyeyes.

Jen

Jen is the manager of the Roadhouse bar and Tommy's girlfriend. She is voiced by actress Crystle Lightning.

Grandfather

Enisi (aka Grandfather) is Tommy's grandfather and Cherokee mentor. He is voiced by actor John William Galt.

John is known in 3D Realms history, as he was the voice of Lo Wang in 1997's Shadow Warrior.

Elhuit

Elhuit is.. you'll have to play the game to see who this is, but the character is voiced by Eleni Valasis.

Note: The meaning of the word "Elhuit" in Hebrew is "a divine female".
